Bay Area Recovery Center Case Study

Bay Area Recovery Center (BARC) is a family-owned drug and alchol rehabilitation center with five locations in the Galveston Bay area. Prior to contacting Inbound, they worked with several internet marketing firms, but failed to gain any ground with their online presence.

Challenges

Bay Area Recovery Center’s website suffered from the affect of several poorly-executed marketing campaigns that had failed to realize BARC’s marketing goals. Previous SEO companies had failed to properly organize the site’s content and menu structures. This caused issues with duplicate content and poor user experience. The design lacked mobile functionality and had not been modernized in several years, leading to poor user confidence and mobile visibility. Additionally, their five locations had inconsistent citation information, making it nearly impossible to rank for local searches.

Solutions

Inbound’s Content Strategy Team completely overhauled the site’s content, removing duplicate content and rewriting several pages to avoid cross competition from within the site. The Off-Page SEO Team cleaned up Bary Area Recovery Center’s citations and created new citations in professional directories. Finally, the Inbound design group modernized the website, building a new structure the WordPress platform for ease of management and creating Accelerated Mobile Pages for the entire site to streamline mobile and desktop user experiences.
